When purchasing a saddle from Broughton Yard, you are agreeing to follow the below Terms & Conditions:
- The images of the products on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours and/or marks, fading and scratches accurately, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of a device’s display. Your product may vary slightly from those images. Please do not purchase a saddle if you are not prepared to accept variations on these factors.
- All products are sold as seen, and it is your responsibility to have them checked by a professional of your choice within 7 days to confirm they are fit for the purpose they are intended for. Care must be taken when trying new equipment and Broughton Yard Saddles cannot be held accountable for any accident or injury that may occur. Should an agreement be made been Broughton Yard & a buyer to return a saddler, the buyer is responsible for return postage, and any refunds are minus PayPal/merchant fees.
- Broughton Yard sells products in good faith that they are sound and fit for purpose. However, it is your responsibility to ensure the saddle is suitable for your needs by having the product checked by a qualified saddle fitter or saddler. Broughton Yard will not be held responsible for any saddle fitting costs associated with the fitting of the saddle.
- Broughton Yard agrees to check the following before advertising: Saddle stitching, leather wear, girth straps, stirrup bars, flocking, panel and tree straightness, tree strength. Broughton Yard does not drop the panels to inspect saddles internally, unless it is deemed as being required.
- If you change your mind after purchasing a saddle (before being dispatched), a refund will be raised minus any PayPal/merchant fees.
- We only accept a trial period on collected saddles. Any saddles posted are sold as seen.
- We reserve the right to remove, amend or update the website for any reason and at any time without notice.
- The costs of delivery will be as displayed to you on our website. If the courier fails to deliver on time, the delivery charge will still be applicable.
